Applications
Purpose-designed low-noise valve with dual functionality: (1) overpressure protection for hydraulic components and (2) system pressure regulation. Includes remote pilot port for external control of set pressure and unloading functions.
This component is a combination of a relief valve and a solenoid directional valve, designed to protect the oil pump and system safety. Through electrical remote control of solenoid directional valves with different functions, it enables the oil pump and system to either unload or maintain the set pressure. When combined with a remote control valve, it can achieve 2 to 3-stage pressure control.
Operating Instruction
When using a remote relief valve at the remote control port (refer to Remote Control Relief Valve), excessive internal volume in the remote control pipeline may cause vibration. Therefore, the inner diameter and length of the pipeline should be minimized.
For pressure adjustment:
• Loosen the lock nut, then rotate the handwheel clockwise to increase pressure, or counterclockwise to decrease pressure.
• Each full turn of the handwheel changes the pressure by approximately 5 MPa.
• After adjustment, tighten the lock nut securely.
Note on pressure adjustment limits:
• The adjustment range may be restricted by spacer washers.
• If the desired working pressure cannot be reached, remove the spacer washers (each washer corresponds to about 10 MPa).
Return line piping requirements:
• The return line to the tank must not be connected to other valves' return lines.
• It must be directly routed back to the tank.
Flow rate considerations:
• At low flow rates (<5 L/min), the set pressure may become unstable.
• Recommended operating flow rate: ≥5 L/min for stable pressure regulation.
