Application
1) Pressure Setting Principle:
The minimum adjustable pressure equals the sum of the minimum pressure characteristic value and the backpressure at the valve outlet. The return line backpressure is the cumulative pressure drop across each stacked valve's return path from the baseplate to this valve.
2) Pressure Adjustment Procedure:
a) Loosen the locknut.
b) Rotate the pressure adjustment screw clockwise to increase pressure.
c) After adjustment, securely tighten the locknut.
3) Flow Considerations:
Under low flow conditions, pressure setting may become unstable. To avoid this, operate within the shaded range shown in the minimum flow characteristics chart below.
