Technical Operating Guidelines for Hydraulic Pumps

1. 1)When the pump pressure exceeds 16 MPa with displacements of 4, 6, or 8 ml/r, the speed must be maintained above 145 r/min.

2. 2)For single or dual pumps operating at high speed and large displacement, reduce inlet vacuum pressure (avoid excessive     suction resistance).

3. 3)When using synthetic hydraulic oil or oil-water emulsions, restrict the maximum speed to 1200 r/min.

4. 4)For applications with strict low-noise requirements, operate the pump at 1000 r/min or below.

5. 5)Noise data is measured under 14 MPa pressure at 1200 r/min (provided for performance benchmarking).

6. 6)Input power specifications are validated under 16 MPa pressure at 1500 r/min.
