Application
These valves protect the pump and control valves from overpressure while maintaining constant control pressure in the hydraulic system. Remote control and unloading functions can be achieved via a pilot control circuit.
Operation Instruction
1) For remote pressure control applications using pilot-operated relief valves. Excessive internal volume in piping may cause pressure oscillations. Minimize both pipe diameter and length where practicable.
2) Turn the handle clockwise to increase pressure, or counterclockwise to decrease pressure.
3) Retighten the locknut securely after adjustment.
4) The return line to the tank must connect with tank directly, can't connect with other pipes.
5) To keep pressure stable, maintain flow rates above the minimum values specified in the table:
