The NXQ series national standard bladder accumulators are accumulators with a bladder-type structural form produced by our company. Due to their excellent characteristics in energy storage, pressure stabilization, energy consumption reduction, and leakage compensation, they are widely used in industries such as automobiles, machine tools, petroleum, and aerospace.
 
9,Working Principle
 
The bladder accumulator mainly stores energy by utilizing the compressibility principle of gas (usually nitrogen). The specific principle is as follows: Nitrogen is filled inside the bladder, while the outside is surrounded by hydraulic oil. When the amount of hydraulic oil continuously increases, the bladder is squeezed and deformed, the volume of the gas shrinks accordingly, and the gas pressure increases. This is the energy storage process. When the gas expands, the hydraulic oil is continuously discharged, which is the energy release process.
 
10,Internal Structure and Overall Dimensions
 
The main parts of the bladder accumulator are the bladder and the housing, and the crucial part is the bladder, which is also the key factor determining the product quality and service life. There are internal threads in the innermost hole at the top of the bladder, which are connected to the inflation check valve. There is a check valve inside the inflation port, and there is a spring behind the valve core. The joint surface between the bladder and the check valve is sealed with a copper gasket. It should be noted that for bladders with different volumes and pressures, their check valves and various auxiliary sealing rings are generally interchangeable.
